About Us!

I used to be into making crafts, and watching the football game. I would set up at craft shows with my Steeler stuff, before I became K-9 Confections. I would make my late dog Tessie cookies and every touchdown she would get a cookie. I started selling these cookies with my Steeler crafts, and they sold better than I could have imagined. I always used to buy everyday treats, but did a little more research and learned about the major recalls on some of the top name brands of treats. I decided my fur kids deserved better, and I didn't want to worry about what I was giving them. After my research, I shared with my friends and family and realized that even the pickiest of pups loved my treats and I could tweak my recipes for pups with allergies and needs. I wanted to make sure that pups of all kinds could enjoy them without their parents worrying about what ingredients were safe for them. I am an avid animal lover and all my rescues have different stories, I love each one of them and just want to make sure they have the best treat possible. I used to have a storefront in Grove City and closed it due to health issues. I would still bake out of my house, but I didn't feel like I was doing as much as my heart desired with my business. So now, we are going full force! New branding, packaging, this new website but with the same yummy treat recipes. I hope your dog loves our treats as much as I love making them for your fur babies!
